Welcome to my blog entirely dedicated to Vampires. I have and always will be a big vampire fan, since I was little, vampires and other supernatural creatures have always fascinated me. I am a believer in the afterlife and the supernatural. I am not a goth but I have a deep appreciation and respect for the genre, style and lifestyle. My main interests are Gothic literature and films. I have a degree in Literature from England where I read and studied many great works of Gothic literature such as:

After my studies I continued to read and dive deeper into Vampire novels, films and TV shows. I am always looking for novels, comic books, films that are related to vampires and other Gothic creatures.

There are reviews and opinions about my favorite vampire films and TV shows current ones and new ones. I have ranked the best Vampire films and the best TV Vampires.

I wish to warn you that some topics are about sex, sexuality and homosexuality. I am in no way judging or discriminating anybody in this blog, I am talking objectively and only making references to works of fiction and fictional characters.
There is a section on Twilight- I wish to inform any haters out there that this is not a blog glorifying Twilight, I do not wish to express how much I love Twilight. I am a fan of the series and I am only discussing some interesting elements and aspects of the novels and films from a literary and objective viewpoint.

There is a section explaining from a psychology viewpoint answering the burning question: why are young adults fascinated by vampires?
There is a big discussion topic titled 'Sexuality, Homosexuality and Sexual Predation in the vampire world' This 'essay' only discusses novels, films and TV.
There is a debate on why the vampire will always be cool and zombies aren't. I m expressing my opinions about zombies and why I hate them.
For all the Dracula lovers: I will be discussing the novel, and the films, mainly the Christopher Lee films.
There is a section on the most popular vampire, stereotypes, cliches and tropes, the ones you often see on TV and in films. This will be a discussion on how some cliches still work today and why some don't anymore.
I have put up a taxonomy of the different types of vampires that are found in literature and films.
